Designed specifically to be offered in schools and high schools upon request, Sotamar Shark Tour has developed various training workshops on elasmobranchs.
SHARK DISSECTION WORKSHOP
Led by our marine biologist Isa Lobato, this workshop is aimed at high school students (ESO). It takes approximately 1 hour and is held in the corresponding institute's laboratory. The specimens of catsharks (Scyliorhinus canicula) for dissection are provided by Sotamar, as well as the dissection manual in PDF format, which is used as a guide during the practical session.
